A few days in São Paulo

I’ve just got back from a trip to Brazil to meet my family and celebrate my father’s 70’s birthday, which was so amazing. Before meeting them, my husband and I spent a few days in São Paulo, an incredible city that I knew very little even though I used to live 5 hours from there by car. What a trip!

The five days we were there was not nearly enough time to see what this city has to offer. It is a busy, bustling place that can feel overwhelming but at the same time so fascinating. A city where you can find beauty and ugliness, noisy and quietness, a few green spaces in the middle of a sea of buildings. You can find people rushing through life as well as people taking it very slowly. Architecture, great food, and art everywhere you go. It really has it all!
